6:00pm – 8:00pm
White Center Library
(King County Library System)
1409 SW 107th Street
Seattle, WA 98146
Participate in a workshop to encourage members – both new and well established – to brainstorm effective requests and offers, profiles, as well as answer specific ‘How To’ questions. We’ll be using pen, paper, and each other to discuss a variety of topics in a small group or one-on-one format. After you complete your work, you will have the opportunity to make updates to your Community Weaver account right at the library. Not a member? You can still join us and learn about common timebanking topics. Join on the spot if you decide to!
The overall goal is making connections and getting needs and offers matched (Bonus: Bring that Spring Cleaning list you need help with!). Just bring yourself and your enthusiasm for timebanking and meeting your neighbor…we’ll provide the rest.
All are welcome and families are encouraged to attend. We’ll be located in the meeting room that is adjacent to the kid’s reading area.
Bonus: We’ll have a short presentation and announcement with guest speaker Rachel Glass from Hate Free Delridge.
