Location: Senior Center of West Seattle, 4217 SW Oregon St, Seattle, WA 98116

Time: 6:30PM potluck, presentation begins at 7PM

Orientation for new members & interested community members at 6PM

Speaker:  Come meet West Seattle resident and Timebank member Frances Yang and enjoy an interactive presentation about how she supports others with creating the lives they want.

Frances’ vision of “be unconditional love, grace, joy and mercy” combined with the inner guidance to show up in cracks where love and light are least expected, take her where she can connect with people, grow and love: energy healing sessions, everyday conversations, yoga classes, community events and volunteering.

Humans are spirits of love in bodies. Living intentionally supports us with returning to our most natural state of being: to love and grow in balance. In this state we naturally attract what we are for a life of ease and joy.

At this month’s Timebank potluck, Frances will speak about living intentionally and you will experience journaling exercises that support people with living meaningful, joyful and useful lives. Check out life’s little gems she finds on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/chokurei.seattle/ and what she is up to at her website  www.chokureiseattle.com.

We hope to see you there!
